We’d been working with GB Airways on their promotional html emails for quite a while when they asked us to tackle their online identity. We began with giving them a contemporary logo, and moved on to a complete rethink of their website.
As is the case, there’s a lot of information to manage on an airline website; flight information and complex booking forms of course, but also route networks, destination guides and the cross-selling of ancillary services.
This was about delivering a wealth of information in a logical, carefully considered way. It needed to be a website that was as intuitive to use as much as it was a gateway to your holiday.
